Convert a picture into an AI drawing prompt word that is used to generate a picture
Support JSON parameter (image to image link or BS64 image (starting with data:image)) and FormData parameter (image to binary)
The response can be selected as a streaming output, and the streaming data format is consistent with the streaming output of the OpenAI language model
